MESL has a vacancy for a marine biologist with specialist knowledge and a keen interest in benthic ecology. The post is based in Bath and the successful applicant will join an enthusiastic team of scientists who are providing top quality consultancy services. You should hold a postgraduate degree in Marine Biology or very closely related discipline and several years postgraduate experience in environmental consultancy.

MESL are looking for a graduate to join their team of Benthic Taxonomists.
The requirements for the position are:-
- A degree in marine biology or equivalent preferably with experience in invertebrate identification
- Willing to be primarily laboratory based processing predominantly UK benthic and epibenthic samples
- The position includes sieving, sorting and learning the skills required for identification
- Opportunity to be involved in off-shore survey work
- MESL offer a Pension and Private Health care scheme
